  A idea of social construction is that the body can hold experiences of reality which are governed by influences and social influences. Experiences you have personally or with a group of people can affect your social construction. Social construction  relates to media studies because media can influence peoples social construction based on something they see or hear on the internet. media uses representations , images, words, characters and personae to convey ideas. a example of social construction in media is self identity. identity is socially constructed from beliefs and practices in society or specialized segments which have a influence on people although they might not have a factual foundation other than the practices and beliefs. things can affect the way people think the connotation of something is influenced by what media says and what multiple individuals social construction of their perceived reality. and that idea is widely accepted as normal and respected by society.
